With crisis rates up to $260 per hour, this is an opportunity to combine clinical leadership with an enviable work-life balance.
The Role
Position: ED SMO (In-Charge and 2nd In-Charge shifts available)
Shift Times: 22:30 – 08:30
Rates: $180 – $260 per hour
Start Date: Ongoing from October 2025
Requirements: PGY6+, ALS2 certification, recent Emergency Medicine experience
Emergency Department Snapshot:
8 × ED beds
8 × Short Stay Unit beds
4 × Fast Track beds
35 daily presentations (off-peak), rising to 60+ in summer
