Locum work is perfect for exploring different rural communities, maintaining balance between placements, and applying your generalist skills across ED, inpatient, GP, and procedural settings. We offer repeat placements and ensure you're credentialed and ready to go fast.
Permanent

Procedural Work

Based in Melbourne, she partners closely with hospitals and clinics across metro and regional Australia to solve critical staffing gaps with a practical, people-first approach.
Known for her warmth, humour, and tenacity, Melissa takes pride in building long-term relationships with doctors and health services alike. She’s visited over 100 hospitals and health services around the country — an experience that gives her unique insight into the settings she recruits for and helps her place doctors in roles where they’ll thrive.
When she’s not working, Melissa can usually be found on the water with her family - sailing around the Mornington Peninsula or enjoying everything coastal life has to offer.
