Telehealth - Shape the future of men’s health, on your terms

ASAP start - build around your existing work

No fixed start or finish times

Part-time: approximately 4–8 hours per week initially

A telehealth role that fits around you, not the other way around. This is a different kind of telehealth opportunity.

We’re working with a specialist provider in men’s health, focused on hormone optimisation, peptide therapies, and integrative care. We’ve partnered closely with this service for the past 18 months, and what we’ve seen is consistent demand, engaged patients, and a thoughtful clinical approach.

This is a part-time role initially (4–8 hours per week), with clear opportunity to scale as demand continues to grow.

There are no fixed sessions or rostered hours. Instead, the model is built around responsive, ongoing care, giving you the flexibility to integrate this work around your existing clinic, locum, or telehealth commitments.

How the workflow works

  • Patients complete an initial process, including investigations and bloods

  • You review the case and contact the patient within 24 hours

  • Consultations are completed at a time that suits you within that window

In practice, this means:

  • You can complete consults during a lunch break, evenings, or between clinics

  • You are not tied to fixed session blocks

  • You can scale your workload up or down depending on your availability

Initial volume sits at around 5 consults per day across the service, with clear growth as demand builds.

Commitment and flexibility

  • Part-time: approximately 4–8 hours per week initially

  • Opportunity to increase hours over time

  • Fully remote, telehealth-based

  • No fixed start or finish times

  • Expectation of timely patient response within 24 hours

This tends to suit doctors who value autonomy and are comfortable managing their own workflow.

About the role

You’ll be delivering telehealth consultations across:

  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

  • Peptide therapies

Alongside:

  • Managing ongoing treatment protocols and re-scripting

  • Supporting continuity of care with engaged patients

  • Contributing to the growth of the telehealth service

Remuneration

  • Flexible structure: rate per consult or hourly guarantee

About the provider

This is a specialist telehealth service focused on men’s health, with particular depth in hormone optimisation and peptide therapies.

Their model is built around ongoing, relationship-based care rather than one-off consultations. Patients are typically engaged, proactive, and committed to improving their long-term health. This allows for more considered clinical work and continuity over time.

The service has grown steadily, with demand driven by outcomes and patient trust. The focus has been on building a clinically sound, sustainable model, with clear processes, appropriate investigations, and structured follow-up.

From our experience working closely with the team, there is a strong emphasis on:

  • Thoughtful prescribing and clinical decision-making

  • Clear communication with patients

  • Consistency in how care is delivered

Doctors joining are not stepping into a high-volume, transactional environment. Instead, they become part of a model that is still evolving, where there is space to contribute and build a meaningful area of clinical interest within men’s health.

About you

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Minimum PGY5 or early-career GP (VR GP preferred)

Experience or strong interest in:

  • Men’s health

  • TRT prescribing and patient management

  • Peptide therapies

You are:

  • Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment

  • Proactive, organised, and patient-focused
