Kalgoorlie Health Campus sits at the heart of the Goldfields, supporting a diverse and geographically dispersed population. As Director of Medical Services, you will lead the medical workforce, guide clinical governance, and influence how services evolve to meet the needs of the community.

You will work alongside an experienced executive team, with genuine scope to drive change, strengthen systems, and improve outcomes, particularly for Aboriginal communities across the region.

Salary:

  • Year 1: $476,685 total package

  • Year 9: $587,960 total package

The Role

You will take on full clinical leadership and operational oversight of medical services across the campus and wider Goldfields region.

This includes:

  • Leading Heads of Department across key specialties

  • Driving clinical governance, quality and safety standards

  • Supporting and developing the medical workforce and education function

  • Partnering with Nursing, Allied Health, Pharmacy and Imaging leaders

  • Contributing to regional strategy alongside senior executive stakeholders

  • Leading service development and workforce planning initiatives

This is a role for a doctor who wants to influence systems, not just work within them.

What We’re Looking For

  • AHPRA Registration

  • Experience in senior clinical leadership and governance

  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with clarity and confidence

  • A genuine commitment to regional healthcare and community impact

  • Eligibility to work in Australia

FRACGP and FACRRM doctors with relevant leadership experience are also encouraged to enquire.
