Radiologists – Visit Tamworth NSW for between $3,500 to $4,000 Per Day

Radiologists – Would you like to earn up to $4,000 per day in Eastern NSW? Prescript currently has locum dates available in the town of Tamworth which is situated roughly midway between Sydney and Coffs Harbour. This is a great opportunity to support a rural community that suffers from a lack of Radiology services.

Location Information

Known as the country music capital of Australia, Tamworth offers a unique blend of musical heritage and natural splendour. Explore the stunning Oxley Scenic Lookout, enjoy outdoor activities along the Peel River, and delve into the rich history and art scene on offer. Beyond its musical accolades, Tamworth offers an array of outdoor activities, including bushwalking in the nearby Warrabah National Park and fishing along the Peel River. History buffs will delight in exploring the town's heritage precinct, which features well-preserved colonial buildings and informative museums. The Tamworth Regional Playground is a favourite for families, featuring state-of-the-art play equipment.

Several of our locums speak highly of the variety and quality of dining options available on or near the main street. It’s hard to go past the art deco and fine dining experience you can have at Deco Wine Bar and Restaurant. It features locally sourced Australian cuisine in a contemporary setting. If you fancy something a little bit more exotic, why not try the Dragon’s Palace? This award-winning, recently refurbished restaurant offers a broad selection of Chinese and Malaysian dishes at very reasonable prices.

August is Tamworth, which features the World Cup of showjumping, the Tamworth craft markets, a mountain bike festival, and a travelling film festival. In September, you can choose from the Agility Dog Grand Prix, the car, truck, and Bike show, or the Tamworth barbecue festival.

Dates Available

These health services have a large range of weeks available between now and the end of the 2024. Whole weeks are encouraged; however, longer locums are most welcome.
