The Position
Tasmania offers a variety of locum options tailored to your clinical interests and lifestyle preferences:
Work Settings: Choose from private clinics, public hospitals, or private hospitals.
Locations: Hobart, Burnie, Devonport, Mersey, or Launceston.
Expertise Match: Ideal for general radiologists with Tier A procedural skills and sub-specialty interests, such as breast imaging, MRI, or interventional radiology (Tier B).
Wherever you choose to work, you’ll be supported by welcoming local teams and Prescript Recruitment’s concierge service, ensuring every detail is taken care of for a seamless experience.

December: 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-27, 30-3 Jan

The Benefits
Generous Daily Rate: $3,500 + GST (with select weeks offering $4,000 – confirm availability).
Flexible Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm. No overtime, no on-call.
Travel Covered: Return economy flights from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
Comfortable Accommodation: Beautiful self-contained housing provided.
Transport Included: Hire car provided, or reimbursement for personal car use (ATO rates).

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking FRANZCR-qualified Radiologists with:
AHPRA Specialist Registration (if you don’t have it, we can assist).
General radiology skills, including Tier A procedures.
Sub-specialty expertise in breast imaging, MRI, or interventional radiology (Tier B) is highly valued.
