Fly into Broome or Kununurra, with regular connections from Perth, Darwin, and major east coast hubs. From there, you’re within reach of remote hospitals that serve as lifelines for their communities. Outside of shifts, explore iconic sites like the Bungle Bungles, Horizontal Falls, or simply join the locals fishing, boating, or gathering under the palms for a community barbecue.
The Positions
We’re seeking Rural Generalists (FRACGP or FACRRM) to provide GP/ED services across Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, Kununurra, Wyndham, and Broome Hospitals.
Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek & Kununurra: Multiple blocks available from September through January.
Wyndham & Broome: Summer blocks, with ongoing dates into 2026.
Advanced skills in Anaesthetics or Obstetrics: Significant opportunities available across several sites.
Shifts include ED, GP inpatient, and primary care, with options to focus on Anaesthetics or Obstetrics depending on your skill set.
Requirements

Current AHPRA registration
ALS2 (or equivalent)
Advanced skills required for Anaesthetics or Obstetrics
