Gove District Hospital is seeking Rural Generalists (FACRRM or FRACGP) with emergency and remote experience to join their team between 15 October and 31 December 2025.
Whether you can commit to the full block or just two weeks, your expertise will directly support Aboriginal communities across East Arnhem.

Rate: $2,300 per day + GST
Dates: 15 Oct – 31 Dec 2025 (flexible two-week minimum)
Accommodation: Free, fully furnished onsite
Transport: Pool vehicles available during shifts
About the Hospital
Gove District Hospital is a 30-bed acute care facility serving 15 remote communities across East Arnhem Land. Services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatrics, and respite care. The hospital is equipped with modern facilities, including a CT scanner, and supported by RMOs, interns, allied health, and fellow Rural Generalists. With a 24-hour ED, you’ll join a team dedicated to improving access to healthcare in one of Australia’s most remote regions.
