The Locations
Warren – Set along the Macquarie River, Warren offers a relaxed country lifestyle surrounded by wide, open landscapes. It’s a proud agricultural hub with a strong sense of community and connection — the kind of town where your presence is truly valued.
Condobolin – Known locally as “Condo”, this historic town sits at the heart of the Lachlan Valley. You’ll find a welcoming, close-knit community and the opportunity to make a visible impact through continuity of care and patient connection.
Gilgandra – Just north of Dubbo, Gilgandra is a friendly rural centre known for its heritage, hospitality, and outdoor lifestyle. The local RFDS clinic is well supported, making it an ideal base for meaningful, sustainable practice.

The Role
You’ll provide comprehensive primary care services to rural populations in well-equipped clinics supported by the RFDS network. Each clinic operates Monday to Friday, with no after-hours or weekend work, giving you balance and time to enjoy rural life.
Supported by a multidisciplinary team including nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, and visiting allied health professionals, you’ll be part of a collaborative model focused on improving long-term community health outcomes.
