The Position
Hospital-based locum at Carnarvon Health Service, WA
Rural Generalist blended role: Emergency plus Anaesthetics or Obstetrics (depending on scope)
Friendly, well-supported team with visiting specialists
Flexible roster – commit to as little as two weeks, with longer or repeat bookings welcome
Direct flights from Perth for easy access
Available Dates
From August 2025 onward
Minimum two-week blocks | ongoing and repeat bookings available
Inclusions
$2,835 per day for eligible Rural Generalists
Negotiated rate available for SMO (non-fellowed) doctors
Return flights from anywhere in Australia
Local vehicle and accommodation provided
Full Prescript support, including credentialing and logistics
Requirements
Specialist AHPRA Registration (FRACGP or FACRRM)
ALS2 certification
JCCA (Anaesthetics) and/or DRANZCOG / DRANZCOG Advanced (Obstetrics)
Experience in rural or remote hospital settings
