The Position
Roles Available: Locum GP ED / ED SMO
Team Dynamics: Work as part of an experienced senior ED team, backed by excellent nursing, telehealth, and proceduralist support.
Work-Life Boundaries: Shift-only work with zero on-call duties, ensuring your adventures outside of work are truly yours to enjoy.
Compensation: Earn up to $285 per hour, with your expertise and shift preferences guiding the rate.
Dates Available
Shifts are available from 01/05/24 – 30/06/24, with expected ongoing dates.
A mix of morning and night shifts.
Individual shifts are considered for WA-based doctors; interstate candidates must commit to 1-week or longer blocks.

0800-1600
1000-1800
1400-2200
2130-0830
Additional availability in 2024 will be considered – reach out with your dates for assessment.
Benefits Provided
★ Competitive Earnings: Day and night rates ranging from $230 to $285 per hour, plus a 15% increase for public holidays.
ED SMO; $230ph Days and $250ph Nights
GP ED; $260ph Days and $285ph Nights
★Travel & Accommodation: Fully arranged and provided, with choices to suit your preference, plus access to a fleet car. Esperance is a 90-minute flight from Perth.
★ Support Network: Emergency Telehealth Services, on-call proceduralists, and RFDS transfers.
★ Future Opportunities: Additional locum dates available throughout 2024.
