The Position
This role places you at the heart of community care, balancing work between GP clinics and inpatient settings. You’ll see a wide variety of cases, including mental health and drug and alcohol presentations, making it an ideal fit for doctors who thrive on diverse and meaningful work. Shifts include:
Day shifts (8 AM to 6 PM)
Evening shifts (10 AM to 8 PM)
Night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM, on-call until 8 AM)
Doctors comfortable with night rotations will receive the full daily rate of $2,835. If you prefer to opt out of night shifts, a reduced rate will apply.

The role commences in March 2025 and offers the potential for ongoing, long-term, or regular commitments. This flexibility allows you to create a schedule that suits your career and lifestyle needs.

What We Require From You
Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM
Specialist AHPRA Registration
This role is ideal for doctors with GP Rural Generalist experience who are confident in managing a variety of cases and comfortable covering night shifts up to 30 percent of the time.
We’re looking for doctors who:
Have strong GP clinic and inpatient care experience
Are confident managing mental health and drug and alcohol presentations
Are adaptable and committed to providing excellent care in a regional setting
Are interested in making a tangible impact in communities that need it most
