Prescript Recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced Interventional / General Radiologist to join a well-established private diagnostic imaging network in Toowoomba, Queensland.
With opportunities available immediately and throughout 2027, you can choose anything from a few days to a week, a fortnight or longer.
Up to $4,200 per day, travel and accommodation provided, and flexible FIFO arrangements.
The Locum Opportunity
Rate: Up to $4,200 per day, depending on experience
Dates: ASAP, with ongoing opportunities throughout 2027
Roster: Flexible, 1–5 days per week
Duration: Weekly, fortnightly or longer blocks welcomed
Clinical focus: Tier A interventional procedures, particularly MSK, alongside general diagnostic reporting
Workload: A balanced clinical mix, with a greater emphasis on reporting than procedures
Travel: Flights, accommodation and travel arrangements provided
FIFO: Flexible arrangements considered for interstate Radiologists
About the Imaging Network
You'll be joining one of Queensland's established private diagnostic imaging networks, with a significant presence across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
The network operates community-based imaging practices alongside services within private hospitals, offering access to a broad range of diagnostic and interventional imaging.
Across its Toowoomba facilities, services include MRI, CT, ultrasound, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, general radiography and image-guided procedures.
You'll work within an established imaging environment, with an opportunity to contribute your interventional expertise while maintaining a substantial general reporting workload.
This is particularly well suited to a Radiologist who enjoys MSK procedures but also values the variety of diagnostic reporting.
