A Well-Equipped Private Practice Locum in Toowoomba. Prescript Recruitment is seeking a Radiologist for multiple one-week locum blocks at a large private outpatient imaging practice in Toowoomba, Queensland.
This is a strong opportunity for a Radiologist who enjoys broad community imaging, modern equipment and a high-quality reporting environment without the demands of a hospital-based department.
Choose a single week or combine several blocks across August to December 2026 to create a longer placement around your existing commitments.
The Practice
The site is a large, established private imaging practice located in central Toowoomba.
The modality mix includes:
Back-to-back 3T and 1.5T MRI
Two CT scanners
Six ultrasound rooms
SPECT camera
General radiography
A broad range of community imaging
The workload is suited to a confident general Radiologist comfortable working across a varied outpatient caseload.

Remuneration and Travel
You will receive:
$4,000 per day
$1,000 per week travel bonus to contribute towards travel days at the beginning and end of each placement

Toowoomba is a well-connected regional city west of Brisbane.

Prescript will coordinate your flights, hire car, accommodation and arrival details.
What We Require

FRANZCR
Current specialist registration
Broad general and community imaging experience
Confidence reporting across MRI, CT, ultrasound and general imaging
Availability for one or more of the listed weeks
