The Position
Prescript is looking for an experienced Family Medical GP who values work-life balance and the opportunity to practice in a setting unlike any other. This role, based in a clinic operating from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, requires no weekend or on-call work, allowing you ample time to explore the breathtaking surroundings. The clinic is a cosy two-GP location, with additional GP dates in nearby Strahan.

Queenstown: Various dates from 25th March to 3rd May 2024
Strahan: 25th-29th March ($1,520 per day) and more dates in April

From a century of mining and logging, the landscape has taken on a truly incredible vista of bare rock and stark beauty and whilst the mining is markedly decreased, the town still bears testament to the riches found here. Enjoy a classic movie at the rt Deco Paragon Theatre before heading for a famous steak dinner at the historic Empire Hotel. Enjoy a steam train journey through cold climate rainforest to Strahan or a coffee in the ghost town at Linda.
