We’re supporting an established acute CT teleradiology service and are inviting experienced Radiologists to express interest in fully remote reporting work commencing shortly.

This opportunity has been designed for radiologists who value clinically meaningful acute work, predictable workflow, and financial certainty, while working entirely from home with a fully supported IT and workstation setup provided. The reporting is aligned with hospital turnaround expectations and governance standards, without compromising case complexity or professional autonomy.

At Prescript, our role is to ensure you have a clear, transparent understanding of how the service operates before you commit - from reporting volumes and remuneration to clinical expectations, IT support, and ongoing workflow.

The Role

  • 100% remote reporting from your home within Australia

  • Acute and urgent CT case mix

  • Clinically meaningful work aligned to hospital turnaround standards

  • Structured five-hour reporting blocks with defined volumes

  • Opportunity to build ongoing, regular reporting commitments

  • Evening and weekend sessions available

  • IT, workstation and remote support provided

Radiologists may elect to work a minimum of one five-hour block, with flexibility to take on additional sessions depending on availability and preference.

Remuneration & Session Structure

Reporting sessions are remunerated at the higher of:

  • Guaranteed minimum hourly rates, or

  • 23% of cMBS billings

This structure provides income certainty, while still allowing upside based on reporting activity.

Available Reporting Blocks (AEST)

Monday - Thursday | 6:00pm - 11:00pm

  • Guaranteed $400 per hour

  • Typical workload: 20-24 urgent CT studies

Friday | 6:00pm - 11:00pm

  • Guaranteed $500 per hour

  • Typical workload: 20-24 urgent CT studies

Saturday - Sunday

  • 8:00am - 1:00pm

    • Guaranteed $500 per hour

    • Typical workload: 27-30 urgent CT studies

  • 1:00pm - 6:00pm

    • Typical workload: 27-30 urgent CT studies

  • 6:00pm - 11:00pm

    • Typical workload: 18-20 urgent CT studies

Some weekend sessions may offer scope for additional reporting during quieter periods, supporting further earning potential.

Who This Suits

  • FRANZCR-qualified Radiologists

  • Current AHPRA Specialist Registration

  • Strong confidence in acute and urgent CT reporting

  • Ability to work within hospital turnaround expectations

  • Secure, private reporting workspace with reliable internet

  • Prior hospital, emergency, or after-hours CT experience is highly regarded
