Prescript is partnering with a growing independent medical imaging provider seeking Radiologists for flexible, ongoing support across its Melbourne network.
There is scope to work onsite, remotely via teleradiology, or combine both, making this particularly well suited to Radiologists wanting to add regular days around an existing private practice, hospital or reporting commitment.
The Opportunity
For onsite Radiologists, there are currently 1–3 days per week available on an ongoing basis, with a broad general radiology workload and approximately 90–100 studies per day.
The clinical mix includes:
CT
X-ray
Ultrasound
DEXA
Mammography opportunities
Interventional procedures for Radiologists with relevant experience
The group offers a modern private imaging environment with a strong emphasis on quality, responsive reporting and patient care.
Teleradiology – $3,500 Per Day
There is also an ongoing opportunity for Radiologists who prefer to work remotely.
Rather than relying on variable per-study earnings, this arrangement offers the opportunity to work to a defined $3,500 daily rate, based on a reporting benchmark of 100 studies per day.
For days where reporting volume is below 100 studies, remuneration is calculated at 25% of billings.
This creates an attractive option for Radiologists looking for regular tele days with greater visibility around earning potential, while retaining flexibility over where they work.
Reporting expectations include:
Urgent studies targeted within four hours
Routine reports targeted within two business days
Minimum benchmark of 100 reports per day for the full teleradiology daily rate
Onsite – $4,000 Per Day
Radiologists interested in onsite work can access:
$4,000 per day
1–3 days per week
Ongoing availability
Approximately 90–100 studies per day
Broad general radiology case mix
IR experience highly regarded
Mammography available for suitably experienced Radiologists
You do not need to commit to a full working week.
Prescript can discuss an arrangement based around one regular day, several days each week, tele-only work, onsite-only work, or a combination of the two.
