🔵 Emergency Surgical Unit RMO (PGY2-4)
⇒ 27 July to 9 October 2022 in Emergency Surgical Unit (ESU): fully rotational shifts - nights, evening, and days
⇒ Rates $110 to $130 per hour
⇒ Travel and accommodation provided
🔵 Neurosurgery RMO (PGY2-4)
⇒ From 11 July to 9 October 2022
⇒ Rates $110 to $130 per hour
⇒ Full duration in Neurosurgery: day shifts with some on-call and weekend requirements

🔵 ED Registrar (PGY4+)
⇒ ASAP to 08 August 2022
⇒ Rates start at $140 per hour depending on level of experience: multiple vacancies
⇒ Evening (1330 to 2330) and nights (2230 to 0830) and nights
⇒ Will consider a Senior RMO with recent experience in ED (past 6 months)
⇒ Travel and accommodation provided
🔵 General Medicine Registrar (PGY4+)
⇒ 04 July to 07 August 2022

WHAT TO DO?
There is so much to do and see.
Hobart’s Museum of Old and New Art is a must-do! Get the ferry to MONA from Hobart’s Brooke Street Pier (or drive). It’s truly incredible - you’ll lose track of time whilst looking around the awe-inspiring, underground sandstone-walled gallery. There is also a wonderful winery within the grounds, and a fabulous outdoor bar/restaurant area with live music.
There are some exceptional wineries surrounding Hobart with spectacular scenery and views. Either book onto a tour, or take taxis/Ubers and make your way around yourself. All are within close proximity to one another.
Lark Cellar Door And Whisky Bar is another great experience. You don’t need to book - simply show up and enjoy a tasting in a relaxed, intimate setting.
Be sure to visit Salamanca Markets - an outdoor large market located in the historic Salamanca Place. Enjoy the abundance of stalls with everything from artwork to cider tasting.

About Paul Tillman
As Prescripts Senior Recruitment Partner for non-specialist doctors, I am passionate about building close relationships with both the doctors and health services I work with. I always aim to provide a personal and tailored service and will strive to find the best opportunities for doctors based on their needs and goals and, in turn, provide health services with the best fit for the vacancies they have.
Having worked in medical recruitment for over five years, I have a great understanding of the roles available and the challenges health services face in finding staff for their vacancies.
Prior to working in medical recruitment, I was a Registered Nurse and worked in the UK as a Respiratory HDU Nurse for NHS trusts. This means I have a great insight into the challenges of working clinically and always try to consider this in my work.
I am currently studying Nursing again to allow me the opportunity to return to some clinical work in Australia. My family and I moved to Melbourne from the UK over five years ago, and I enjoy travelling and exploring Australia whenever I can, as well as getting back home to visit family in the UK.
My passions are spending time with friends and family, including my dog Ted, eating and drinking out, enjoying the Australian weather (when Melbourne allows), and sports – most of all football (or soccer, as I am often told).
I always have time for a chat and a joke with health services and doctors alike and look forward to building new connections at Prescript.
