We’ve been ISO 9001 certified! It means our quality management system (QMS) has been audited, and we’re officially judged to have excellent standards.
The ISO 9001 certification is a globally recognised standard that assesses an organisation's quality management system. Our QMS has been audited and evaluated, and we are delighted to have achieved this certification.
We knew that ISO 9001 would certify our commitment to quality management and put us among the elite of companies focused on customer service and continuous improvement. What we didn’t know was how much work was involved to achieve it… The high level of detail and complexity makes receiving the certification even more gratifying!
For our health services, this certification means you can feel confident in consistently receiving a high-quality service from Prescript. We take great pride in ensuring that our doctors and health services receive the best possible service, and we are delighted that this has been recognised through the ISO 9001 certification.
Gaining ISO 9001 was a crucial part of our agreements with different health districts. However, it has also had the unintended benefit of allowing us to assess every corner of our Prescript processes, focusing on how we can better care for our doctors.
Our team is overjoyed at this achievement, and we are committed to maintaining and continuously improving our QMS to ensure we meet and exceed the expectations of our health services and the high standards set by ISO 9001.
