That’s why, in 2020, we set an ambitious goal: to provide one million days of clean water to families in Ethiopia.
Why Water? Why Ethiopia?
Clean water changes everything. It improves child survival rates, reduces the time women spend collecting polluted water, and gives girls the chance to stay in school. For communities in Ethiopia’s Tigray region, access to safe drinking water isn’t just convenient - it’s life-changing.
Through our giving partnership with B1G1, we linked everyday recruitment activities - every doctor we placed, every referral, every registration - to this one big goal. Every ordinary business action became an act of giving.
Reaching One Million Days
Despite challenges like civil unrest and pandemic restrictions, on-the-ground teams worked courageously to restore wells and deliver clean water to thousands of families. And thanks to you - our doctors, our health service partners, and our incredible Prescript team - we hit our one million day milestone.
