Prescript is partnering with this high performing Emergency Department to recruit Emergency Registrars.

About the role

You will be providing day to day medical care for one of the highest performing Emergency Departments in the Queensland state, which sees on average 50,000 presentations per year. You‘ll gain exposure to the complete spectrum of medical presentations, and see a relatively high amount of trauma compared the capital city hospital. This is an ACEM accredited hospital meaning you will work alongside an experienced consultant-led department and have access to a wealth of medical knowledge. 
 
About the location

This charming city is located a stone’s throw away from the Southern Great Barrier Reef and is exposed to sub-tropical climates, stunning beaches, and a biodiverse coastal region. Benefits

Queensland Health will offer an attractive remuneration based on your postgraduate year between $105,377 – $122,176 plus superannuation (pension), and professional development allowances. You will have access to salary sacrifice, flexible study and annual leave arrangements, professional development opportunities, plus additional shift and after hours’ penalty rates.  

Criteria 

You will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience within Emergency Medicine and be at least PGY4 or CT2

Prescript is working with one of Queensland’s newest private hospitals to find them a general physician looking to establish and grow their private practice.

You will be working at Australia’s first fully integrated digital hospital which provides vital services to the Fraser Coast. Medical services on offer include General Medicine, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Oncology, Cardiac Medicine, Haematology and Sleep Studies. There is also a full range of surgical services on offer to the community.
