About your role

Are you available to assist with a locum vacancy in the capital next month? This tertiary city hospital is looking for a locum O&G Registrar to provide additional cover from Monday 30 April to Friday 11 May, with the weekend of 5/6 May on call. Salary packaging is available via Prescript’s payroll partner and our Credentialing Manager will be happy to assist you with all aspects of organising the locum.

What are we looking for?

As well as solid experience working as an O&G Registrar, you must also hold unconditional general registration with AHPRA. Temporary visa holders are eligible for locum work and they are encouraged to apply.

Locum Consultant O&G | Country South Australia

• 0800 Tuesday 1 May to 1600 Wednesday 9 May

• $2,000-$2,200 per day depending on whether you are on call (inclusive of super)

About your role

Do you have upcoming availability for locum work to help a regional community? Prescript is assisting a health service in country South Australia to find them a locum O&G specialist to cover the above period. You will be working with the other O&Gs to provide outpatient clinics and O&G services for theatre lists. You will also participate in the after-hours on call roster which will be confirmed prior to the locum commencement.

Accommodation is provided close to the hospital and family accommodation can be arranged if required. Return flights and hire car are provided/reimbursed.

About you

You will have your FRANZCOG and specialist AHPRA registration.

Locum ENT Specialist / Otolaryngologist - Tasmania

About Your Role

Working in a regional area, you will quickly notice the tangible benefits that your role is providing to the community. Strong teamwork and close professional relationships with colleagues are important. The team consists of: four other experienced ENT surgeons; an unaccredited ENT registrar; a rotating specialties registrar for on call; an RMO; and an intern. The on-call component is 1:5, variable depending on leave cover.

Affordable daily flights mean that the mainland is always within easy reach. This also gives you the option of weekend trips home or interstate, having a regular weekly or fortnightly fly in/fly out commitment or booking in time during the school holidays to take the family somewhere different.

A generous daily remuneration rate is on offer, negotiable depending on experience. You will also have self-contained accommodation provided, return flights or ferry paid, and use of a car if required. Salary packaging is also available for this locum assignment.

About You

To be able to apply for this position, you must hold current Specialist Registration with AHPRA and hold FRACS Otolaryngology. A passion for regional healthcare is also essential in order to be considered for this role.
