This is a role for a general and interventional radiologist – it will be tailored to your skillset and interests – Here is a summary of desired skills:
◾️ General, doppler, obstetric, pelvic, musculoskeletal ultrasounds
◾️ Breast FNA under ultrasound guidance
◾️ FNA of superficial body parts – thyroid, lymph nodes, etc
◾️ Lumbar facet joint injections (CT guided)
◾️ Lumbar nerve root sleeve injections
◾️ Joint injections – hips, shoulder, etc
◾️ Bursal injections – e.g. subacromial, trochanteric, etc
◾️ Ascites drainage
◾️ Pleural drainage
