The Position

Prescript are medical recruitment specialists. We believe that regional hospitals and practices should be fully staffed with doctors so that communities have the healthcare they deserve. Everything we do is with that in mind.

We have a full-time position available for a Marketing Partner. You will be supporting the Recruitment Partners with recruitment marketing and sales support.

Our recruitment partners will rely on you to help them get their vacancies in front of a wide audience of doctors for their speciality, resulting in a continuous flow of new leads and applications.

What skills are required for this position?

  • End-to-End planning, management and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions on social media and other digital platforms to generate leads and boost sales within local market

  • Designing and building landing pages for recruitment marketing campaigns

  • Management of Google Ads account with external supplier

  • Creation, design, and management of Facebook Ads Manager

  • Management and expertise in MailChimp, Canva, Unsplash, Hootsuite, Insightly, Squarespace, YouTube Studio, Lead Pages, Google Analytics  

  • SEO continual development

  • Copywriting, content development and designing of outward marketing communications for both conventional and digital marketing platforms

  • Coordinating with various departments within the organisation to effectively generate quality content and relevant subject material

  • Quarterly budgeting and resource allocation for advertisements and other promotional initiatives

  • Liaising and networking with other businesses/organisations for potential collaboration and the use of new products and platforms

  • Quarterly review of existing pricing modules and working with the marketing team on improvement and development of new promotional pricing strategies to attract new health services and doctors

  • Generating reports to analyse existing client-based data and develop branding strategies to target potential customers

  • Conducting adequate market research, analysing customer feedback to identify new market opportunities, forecast customer needs, behaviour and engagement patterns

  • Analysing marketing campaign results to improvise on future strategies and enhance marketing efficiency

  • Brainstorming, creative development and execution of marketing strategies to help generate higher sales and expand doctor network

  • Ensure periodic email communications, promotions, and newsletters are created and sent to existing and potential doctors and health services to enhance brand identity and awareness

  • Regular reviews of marketing platforms, such as Facebook, to address customer feedback and grievances as a part of a customer engagement initiative

  • Regular meetings with the team, including consultants and the administrative staff, to update them about ongoing promotions and suggesting improvements in their approach

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing Partner with medical recruitment marketing expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing

  • Three years of experience as a medical recruitment marketer

  • You will be passionate about providing an exceptional level of service. Your ideas on how we can improve will be enthusiastically encouraged!

  • Tech-savvy – an expert in skills listed above

  • Most importantly, we want you to care and be onboard with what we are trying to achieve - making sure regional areas have the doctors they deserve

Benefits You Can Expect

  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Super

  • Laptop

  • Choice of 10 days or nine-day fortnight (salary would be pro-rata)
