Sites are within either private clinics, providing a range of reporting and procedural services, or hospital settings. As always, we ensure your interests are well matched with the clinical scope.

As the capital of Tasmania, Hobart is a charming blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. General radiologists who also perform Tier A procedures are a great fit for Tasmania – any sub-specialties much welcomed too, including breast, MRI – we also have scope for higher end Tier B interventional work.

What We Require From You

✓ General radiologists with some Tier A procedural skills and any sub-specialty interests you have, and/or IR - your locum will be matched to your skillset

✓ FRANZCR – Unrestricted and DWS/19AB radiologists both eligible

✓ AHPRA Specialist Registration – Prescript can assist if you don’t yet have this

Are you able to support regional Victoria for a locum week or two over the coming months? The welcoming and friendly locals make it a great locum experience.

The Positions

  • We have both hospital and clinic-based settings available

  • Skills required – General Radiologist with Tier A interventional skills – some roles also offer breast work if it’s something you have in your skillset

  • We have excellent options for nuclear medicine and dual trained radiologists too

  • Regular part-time locums or long-term blocks of locum time available

  • Monday – Friday weeks, no oncall or weekends needed
