◼️ Locum Consultant Psychiatrist (Community)

◼️ This is a multidisciplinary community team including two other psychiatrists

◼️ You will be well supported by the Department Head, Team Leader as well as a Registrar

◼️ No weekend work, no public holidays and no on-call

◼️ This 100-bed hospital has 2 mental health beds

◼️ No sub-speciality skills needed

Geraldton is the major population centre in the Midwest region of WA. Known as the windsurfing capital of Australia, this interesting city is blessed with a Mediterranean-like climate, thanks to a continual breeze paired with plenty of sunshine. 

Fly to Geraldton from Perth twice daily during the week, and once per day over the weekend. Alternatively, you might choose the 4.5-hour drive, combining your locum with a road-trip along the Indian Ocean Drive – immersing yourself in the abundance of scenery and uninterrupted views.

✔️ AHPRA Specialist Registration

✔️ You must either be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen or other relevant Work Visa
