Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is the first cross border public health service in Australia and operates under an agreement between NSW and VIC. AWH has over 2000 staff and supports an outer catchment population of 250,000.
The Albury Wodonga area offers many activities and events - from major festivals & entertainment to markets and fetes, including the Albury Wodonga Farmers Market every Saturday morning.

Dates Available
1. Psychiatrist - Albury Community/Wodonga Community
Monday 16th December – Saturday 28th December 2019 (2 weeks)
$2750 per day
No public holidays
On-call: 17.12.19 & 24.12.19 (Nolan House inpatient unit Albury Hospital) with scope for additional on call (telephone advice)
2. Psychiatrist - Wangaratta Community Mental Health
Monday 3rd February – Saturday 22nd February 2020 (3 weeks)
$2300 per day
On-call: second on call for the Wangaratta and Nolan House inpatient unit Albury Hospital

➕ Many options to get to AWH – fly into Albury Airport which is easily accessible to both Albury and Wodonga. If you’d be interested in taking the country rails, you can pick up the train to Albury along the major railway link between Sydney’s Central Station and Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station. Otherwise, it’s a 5 and half hour drive from Sydney or 3 and a half from Canberra or Melbourne.
➕Take a drive along the Great Alpine Road which runs from Wangaratta all the way to Bairnsdale in the east passing through the Victorian Alps.
➕Visit the beautiful and serene town of Bright, which has gorgeous boutiques and beautifully maintained parks.
➕Try the Bright Brewery, which is a family-owned and operated craft brewery located in the heart of the town for good beer, wine and burgers.
