The Position

Are you a highly organised individual looking for a new role? Due to growth, we are looking for a new medical credentialing specialist to join Prescript Recruitment. The position is providing administrative support for doctors and hospitals so that Prescript candidates can start on time in their permanent or locum (short-term) roles.

It’s been five years since Prescript Recruitment opened its doors and we are delighted to welcome our tenth member on board!

What Do We do?

What Will You Do?

You will be working within our wonderful credentialing & logistics team and providing support to our recruitment consultants to ensure our doctors have everything they need to begin their new roles.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

◾️ Helping with paperwork requirements to make sure doctors are “job-ready”

◾️ Organising travel logistics so that doctors can reach their work location

◾️ Regularly communicating by phone and email between healthcare staff

◾️ Accurate record-keeping in our database – you’ll need a great eye for detail!

What We’re Looking For

Can you recognise yourself in the requirements below?

✔️ You must either be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen or other relevant work visa

✔️ Available to work full-time (38 hours per week), but we can be flexible and are open to a discussion 

✔️ A positive, kind and friendly individual

✔️ Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills

✔️ Experience working on multiple projects and able to work well under pressure

✔️ You have excellent interpersonal skills & intuition, and the ability to work/communicate effectively with lots of different personalities.
