The Position

  • Expertise Required: General radiologists with Tier A procedural skills are preferred, but sub-specialty and interventional expertise are welcome.

Travel Information

Rockhampton is easily accessible with regular flights from Brisbane. The journey takes just 80 minutes, with multiple flights available daily, ensuring convenient connections from Brisbane and other major Australian cities.

The Position

In this private clinic role, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with no on-call duties, allowing you to fully experience Geraldton’s unique lifestyle. Your skills across diagnostic and interventional services — including MRI, ultrasound, CT, and mammography — will be put to great use, with around 80-100 cases per day that match your expertise. Supported by a skilled team, you’ll enjoy a rewarding and varied case load, all set up for you by Prescript’s concierge service.

Located 420 km north of Perth, Geraldton is easily accessible:

This is an exciting and highly rewarding role for a General Radiologist to serve as the sole Radiologist at Mount Isa Public Hospital. You’ll work in the clinic at attached to the Public Hospital and also offer teleradiology support to surrounding hospitals in the region.

The hospital’s Medical Imaging Department covers a wide range of services, including CT, X-ray, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, MRI, mammography, and basic interventional procedures. If you have experience in deep organ biopsies, even better. The role is Monday to Friday, and there’s no on-call, giving you more time to enjoy the surroundings.

Prescript Recruitment is partnering with three radiology services in Bundaberg to bring you exceptional locum opportunities. Based on Queensland's stunning coast, Bundaberg is just a one-hour flight north of Brisbane and offers the perfect mix of work, relaxation, and adventure.

The Position

The positions are at hospital and clinic-based sites, and we are looking for a General Radiologist with Tier A skills. However, a Tier B radiologist happy to do some general reporting would be most welcome.

You’ll provide comprehensive medical imaging services, including general x-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and interventional procedures. You can expect a mixed reporting load of 80-100 cases per day, less any interventions performed. Whether working independently or with another radiologist, you’ll enjoy a friendly, supportive environment and state-of-the-art technology.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with no on-call or public holiday requirements, leaving your weekends free to explore Bundaberg’s many attractions. Let Prescript handle the details – from credentialing to travel logistics – while you focus on what you do best.
