Looking to spend a few weeks in South West WA? Prescript has dates in Bunbury in February and April 2020. Situated on a peninsula, Bunbury is known as the City of Three Waters, and as such, it's a great location if you enjoy surfing, swimming, stand up paddleboarding, canoeing and boating.

◾️ You will be based in the Acute Psychiatric Unit. This is a 30-bed inpatient facility.

◾️ This position is accountable for the clinical management of adult patients (including families and carers) of the South West Mental Health Service as a member of the multidisciplinary team.

◾️ This position provides clinical services primarily to the Acute Psychiatric Unit, Bunbury Hospital and Upper South West.

◾️ You will be supported by a team, including; the Clinical Director of Mental Health, the Director of Medical Services, a Consultant, Medical Officers and a Registrar

◾️ Hours of work Monday – Friday 08:00-16:30

◾️ On-call - Approximately one weekend in 4 and 1 night per week

Dates Available

◾️ Monday 17th February - Friday 28th February 2020 (2 weeks)

◾️ Thursday 9th April - Thursday 30th April 2020 (3 weeks)

The Benefits

➕ Rate: $2,150.00 per day ex GST.

➕ Weekend and Public Holiday on-call allowance rate is $376.00 per day. And if called in, it’s a rate of $215.00 per hour to a maximum of $2150.00.

➕ Self-contained accommodation.

➕ Allowance towards a hire car is provided.

➕ Return travel to Bunbury covered by the hospital.

➕ Whether you dive or snorkel, the Lena dive wreck is the perfect way to discover the marine life around this vessel, just three nautical miles off Bunbury, which sunk in 2003.

➕ Take time to meet Australia’s native creatures at the Bunbury Wildlife Park or get closer to a dolphin on a swim tour which runs at this time of year.

➕ Have a wander through the Bunbury Regional Art Gallery- you can't miss the pink building!
