At Prescript, we’re known for helping solve the regional doctor shortage in Australia. We are currently looking for an O&G Registrar to assist with an urgent 3-month unaccredited vacancy in Coffs Harbour - we’d absolutely love to help this hospital!
Situated halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, it is easy to get to with multiple daily flights into Coffs Harbour Airport. If you’d prefer to drive, its 4.5 hours drive south of Brisbane and 6 hours’ drive north of Sydney.
◾️ Coffs Harbour Base Hospital has between 1100 and 1200 deliveries per year.
◾️ You’ll be supported by four consultants and one GP obstetrician, VMO Consultants, three registrars during day shifts, one registrar during night shifts and a resident on staff.
◾️ They have a four-bed birthing unit with a courtyard and a bath in each unit. There are 19 postnatal beds and a special needs room with a double bed with both private and public patients being admitted.

Dates Available
◾️ February start: ASAP - Sunday 03 May 2020
◾️ You will be working on a rotating roster with a minimum of 40 hours per week

➕ $130 per hour plus Super (an additional $15 per hour for greater than PGY5).
➕ Payment method will be via payroll, and you will be an employee of the hospital for the duration of this assignment.

What We’re Looking For
✔️ Previous experience working as an O&G Registrar in an Australian Hospital
✔️ AHPRA Registration
✔️ You must either be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen or other relevant Work Visa
