The Position
Join a friendly work environment, serving both hospital and clinic sites. We seek a general radiologist with Tier A skills; however, we welcome Tier B radiologists happy to do general reporting.
The sites provide a comprehensive array of medical imaging services, encompassing general X-ray, ultrasound, OPG, CT, 3T MRI, echocardiographs, 3D mammography (tomosynthesis), bone mineral densitometry, and various interventional procedures. With a nuclear medicine department housing the region's only PET/CT scanner, the community benefits from cutting-edge technology and exceptional care. Reporting is conducted on Visage, with VR predominantly utilized.
Expectations include managing between 80 – 100 mixed cases per day. Depending on the site, you may work independently or alongside another radiologist. Prescript ensures a tailored match of your skills and experience to each position.
With a Monday to Friday schedule and no on-call or public holiday requirements, you'll have ample time to explore the sights and amenities Bundaberg offers.
