Lifestyle Features

The Moreton Bay Region, in Queensland, is ideally situated as a gateway to both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

This means you have the choice between three great locations to live in - The Moreton Bay Region itself, vibrant Brisbane, or the beautiful Sunshine-Coast. Whatever you choose you’ll reap the benefits of a fantastic, well-balanced lifestyle in sunny Queensland.

◾️ Brisbane has 2 million residents, making it the third-largest city within Australia and an exciting destination to explore. Sydney has its harbour, Melbourne has its port, and Brisbane has its river.

◾️ The Moreton Bay region of Brisbane is 45 minutes north of the CBD and where the role is located. It is a strong and connected community with the best of both worlds – close proximity to Brisbane’s CBD, but with an abundance of nature-based activities to keep you busy.

From the lush rainforest of the D’Aguilar range where you’ll find plenty of scenic lookouts & freshwater swimming holes; to Bribie Island which is an ideal adventure ground for nature lovers, water sport enthusiasts and families alike.

There are also plenty of markets, restaurants and festivals to keep you busy.  A stand out favourite being the annual music and cultural festival of Woodford Folk Festival, where you’ll be treated to six days of artistic stimulation.

◾️ If you’d prefer to live on the Sunshine Coast, you will be rewarded with a sun-drenched lifestyle, crystal blue-aqua water and sub-tropical hinterland rainforests.

This region is also renowned for its award-winning restaurants and cafes, very social surf and sports clubs, and a busy calendar of festivals and outdoor events year-round.
