Role Overview:

As a Marketing Professional at Prescript, you will play a key role in both hands-on execution and strategic planning. Your responsibilities include crafting engaging job advertisements (you must be a compelling writer, eagle-eyes reviewer, androbustong editor), managing social media presence, and developing marketing strategies to enhance our relationships with doctors and health services.

Location and Hours:

This role can be full-time or part-time, between 20 and 38 hours per week. For the first three months, it will be 100% based at one of our office locations (Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne) and then hybrid between working from home and the office (each Prescript team member has their own WFH/office arrangement, mutually agreed).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on execution of marketing initiatives, including job postings and social media management.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve company visibility and deepen relationships with doctors and health services.

  • Analyse marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in both hands-on marketing execution and strategic planning.

  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
