Locum O&G Registrar | Tamworth, NSW | June & July 2019

Are you an O&G Registrar available to locum in June or July 2019, in Tamworth, NSW? Prescript has dates available from 24 - 28 June and 8 - 12 July.

Famous for its country music festival and home of the Big Golden Guitar, a locum in Tamworth will not only be a great new experience for you but also make a huge difference to the local community. The growing population has meant an increased demand for the maternity services, with 1000 births in 2017.

The hospital has been renovated and restructured to help the services run more efficiently. The maternity service consists of: a birthing suite; theatre; outpatient clinics and a labour ward.

How do you get to Tamworth? Via car, it is a five-hour drive from Sydney, three hours from Newcastle and just under 7 hours from Brisbane. If flying, you can get a short flight from either Sydney or Brisbane, serviced by Qantas and Virgin.

✔️ AHPRA General Registration

✔️ You must be an Australian citizen/permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to staff members and your patients

✔️ Prescript’s Credentialing Manager, Stef McLaughlin, will guide you through all the paperwork and logistics.
