Locum GP – Broken Hill, NSW – Critical Role With FIFO Opportunity
The Position
Are you passionate about providing vital services across rural and remote Australia?
Prescript is helping provide GPs for urgent gaps in Primary Care rosters over October, November and December 2021.
This is a critical time for the communities in rural NSW, and your help is greatly appreciated. If you have the availability to assist, even if just for one week, we encourage you to apply.
Primary Care – VR GP
★ Based out of Broken Hill, you will be working in a multidisciplinary team providing Primary Care to isolated communities in Far West NSW.
★ Your week will involve Primary Care clinics in Broken Hill, working with up to 8 other GPs in a standard clinic setting.
★ Best Practice software.
★ GPs who would be interested in 2-week on 2-week off (or ongoing) locums will have the opportunity to provide fly-in-fly-out clinic services to the region.

Dates Available
➞ 25th October – 31st December 2021 (with the likelihood of extension)
➞ 2-week locum blocks preferred (or longer if desired)
➞ Monday-Friday only, no on-call or weekend work
➞ 9 am - 5 pm clinics when in Broken Hill
There are multiple positions available during this time – if you have partial availability to assist, please get in touch with your interest and we will assess the roster for suitability.

★ Exemption letters provided for doctors in lockdown cities
★ Longer-term locums can help with FIFO clinics throughout the region
Who We’re Looking For
✓ FRACGP or FACRRM
✓ Specialist AHPRA Registration
✓ You must either be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen or a relevant work visa
