The Position
Prescript is interested in speaking to an experienced Locum Geriatrician to contribute to the Wagga Wagga Hospital team. Your role will be instrumental in providing specialised care for elderly patients, aligning with their commitment to excellence in geriatric medicine. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, your weekdays will be dedicated to delivering exemplary care, with participation in the on-call roster.
Wagga Wagga Base Hospital, one of the busiest rural hospitals in NSW, boasts 300 beds and handles over 40,000 emergency presentations, 1,100 births, and approximately 11,000 operations each year. This bustling healthcare hub offers a dynamic environment for professional growth.
