General Medicine Consultant - Perth, WA - ASAP to Jan 2022
The Positions
General Medicine Consultants, this is a rare part-time locum opportunity - working 3.5 days a week. This role is perfect for someone looking for a great work-life balance – giving you the time and freedom to enjoy all that WA has to offer!
★ $2,000 per day for a full day's work and $1,000 per day for half a day or sessional work.
★ ASAP October dates through to 11 January 2022, with a strong chance of extension.
★ Only 25 minutes from Perth CBD.
★ This modern private hospital provides quality medical and surgical care for Perth and regional communities.
★ Flexibility with days of the week worked, meaning you can work in other locum or permanent arrangements alongside this position.
★ General Medicine Consultants will be given on-ward duties and 1 in 3 weekends. Shifts will be standard daytime hours, some weekends, and some on call.
★ This medical ward has an inpatient and outpatient component with on-site emergency, critical care, stroke care, aged care, paediatrics, maternity, general surgery, and day chemotherapy.
★ Onsite Medicine Registrar support is available.

Who We’re Looking For
✓ Specialist Registration with APHRA
✓ FRACP is required
✓ You must either be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen or a relevant work visa
✓ Police checks must be issued within the last six months (can be organised)
✓ Full vaccination proof for COVID 19
