3-month Part-Time Psychiatrist - Adolescent Inpatient Unit - Upper North Shore, Sydney
The Position
Are you a child & adolescent psychiatrist and looking for your next position? We are looking for someone to assist with a 3-month part-time role in the Upper North Shore of Sydney.
You will work in collaboration with the unit director, the child and youth mental health service team, general adult mental health services, and general health staff to provide mental health services of the highest possible quality and safety for consumers and carers.
◾️ Fixed-term psychiatrist position
◾️ Upper North Shore, Sydney
◾️ Part-time 32 hours/four days per week
◾️ Pick your days- 8:30 am to 5 pm with on-call commitment
◾️ Dates: 25 May 2020 to 23 August 2020
◾️ The staff specialist will have the opportunity to do individual therapy in selected cases if desired.

What We’re Looking For
✔️ FRANZCP or recognition as a specialist by the Medical Board of Australia
✔️ Certificate of Advanced Training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (RANZCP) or Membership of the Faculty of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (RANZCP), or currently enrolled in such training.
✔️ Relevant clinical mental health experience in a community setting, which includes working with young people and their families.
