Would you like to follow the many Australians who have left the mainland to enjoy the delights of Hobart on a more permanent basis? A private diagnostic imaging provider based in Tasmania would like to welcome a Radiologist to their supportive and patient-focused team.

This full-time role would see you working across a number of Hobart clinics and would also entail providing occasional cover in Launceston. The position is initially fixed-term for 6-12 months, however, there is also the chance of a permanent opportunity in the future. Part-time applicants who can commit to 0.6FTE or more will also be considered.

◼️ Working within the local community, the caseload will be interesting and varied.

◼️ You will be employed by a larger organisation which provides medical imaging services across a number of states, yet enjoying the benefits of working as part of a smaller team located in Hobart and Launceston.

◼️ There is a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere within the practices. This is something that's projected both to employees and patients.

What We’re Looking For

If you're interested in a full-time or part-time private clinic-based role in Hobart, please read the criteria below to see if it's the right role for you.

Criteria

✔️ You will need to have General Radiology skills in XR, US, CT, MRI and Interventional procedures, with MSK Ultrasound and basic MSK injections – essential.

✔️ You will be committed to prompt, empathetic and professional care of patients.

✔️ You will be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow radiologists, physicians and other employees.

✔️ FRANZCR and AHPRA Specialist Registration.

✔️ You must be an Australian citizen/permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen.

Please Note:

◼️ New Zealand based radiologists with FRANZCR are encouraged to apply.

◼️ DWS applicants are not eligible for some sites.
