The Position
Are you a Radiation Oncologist looking to make a sea/tree change to this charming, rural Tasmanian town?
This full-time, on-site Radiation Oncologist position will provide a consistent local referral point for the community and ensure waiting times and travelling times are kept as low as possible.
You will be working within a new centre that is part of the regional cancer service. This centre is enthusiastically supported by the local community.
The role will be predominantly based at one site, however you will occasionally need to travel and work at other hospital/clinic locations.
The emphasis of the cancer service is learning and innovation with an enthusiastic team and a supportive Director.

What We’re Looking For
Criteria:
Interest in working in rural communities
Recent experience in an acute hospital setting
An efficient and considerate team player with a 'can-do' attitude
Ongoing commitment to continuing medical education
AHPRA Specialist Registration
Australian citizen or Permanent Resident or a NZ citizen
